KYC (Know Your Customer) Process:

• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• A recent photo (selfie with NID).
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of payment method ownership.

Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC is complete. BD24Live aims to complete KYC verification within 48 hours.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.

• Completing KYC verification speeds up the withdrawal process.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment account used for the original deposit.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

BD24Live offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms that you should read carefully before activating.

General Bonus Terms:

• Wagering must be completed within the specified time limit after claiming a bonus.

6 Gaming Rules

• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue during a game, the staked amount will be refunded.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BD24Live in order to maintain a fair environment. Any violation will result in permanent account closure.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or bonus hunting.
• Using any software, bot, or automation tool to play games.
• Selling, transferring, or renting out account credentials.
• Money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Exploiting any system vulnerability or bug to gain an unfair advantage.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

BD24Live reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. That said, we always endeavor to communicate the reason.

Users may close their account on their own:

• Temporary break (Self-exclusion) — available for 30, 60, or 90 days.
• Permanent account closure — submit a request to the support team.

Any remaining balance at the time of account closure will be refunded once the verification process is complete. Opening a new account during a self-exclusion period is strictly prohibited.

9 Limitation of Liability

BD24Live strives to provide a reliable service at all times. However, our liability is limited in certain circumstances.

• BD24Live is not responsible for any game losses resulting from internet disconnection.
• BD24Live is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• BD24Live is not liable for any issues arising from a user's device or software.
• BD24Live is not liable for service interruptions caused by unexpected technical issues.

For any dispute, BD24Live's support team will conduct an impartial investigation and communicate their decision. An appeal option is also available.

10 Changes to Terms & Conditions
